Opportunities and roles

    • Lead and manage day-to-day studio operations

    • Create a welcoming, high-quality experience for all members

    • Hire, train, and support studio staff

    • Maintain Alpine's culture of high standards for class quality, coaching, and member experience

    • Manage scheduling and coverage for instructors and classes

    • Drive membership growth, engagement, and retention

    • Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, programming, direction, and continued growth

    • Teaching a number of classes per week (based on studio need)

    • Balance teaching with administrative and leadership responsibilities
